About the preparation

INGARON® (interferon gamma, 100 000 IU, 500 000 IU, 1 000 000 IU, 2 000 000 IU).
Human recombinant interferon gamma (immune interferon). Antiviral and immunomodulating agent.

Treatment of chronic viral hepatitis В and С, HIV/AIDS infection and pulmonary tuberculosis in combined therapy. Prevention of infectious complications in patients with chronic granulomatous disease. Treatment of oncologic diseases in combined therapy as immunomodulator, including in combination with chemotherapy.

Form of release, composition and packaging

Lyophilizate for preparation of solution for intramuscular and subcutaneous administration, 100000 IU, 500000 IU, 1000000 IU or 2000000 IU of active ingredient per 1 vial. 1, 5,10 or 20 vials of the drug with application instructions are put into cardboard package or 1, 5,10 or 20 vials of the drug in contour cellular package or in cassette contour package with application instructions are put into cardboard package.

Indications for use

Treatment in combined therapy:

· chronic viral hepatitis C;

· chronic viral hepatitis B;

· HIV/AIDS infection;

· pulmonary tuberculosis;

· oncologic diseases as immunomodulator, including in combination with chemotherapy;

· urogenital clamidiosis;

· chronic prostatitis.

Treatment in monotherapy:

· human papilloma virus (HPV);

· herpes virus infection;

· genital herpes virus infection;

· herpes zoster;

· anogenital warts (human papilloma virus) and prevention of disease recurrence.

Prevention:

· infectious complications in patients with chronic granulomatous disease.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance of interferon gamma or any other component of the drug. Pregnancy. Autoimmune diseases. Diabetes mellitus.

В комплексной терапии у взрослых:

острый вирусный гепатит В - среднетяжелые и тяжелые формы в начале желтушного периода;
острый затяжной гепатит В, хронический активный вирусный гепатит В и D, гепатит С;
менингоэнцефалиты: вирусные, вирусно-бактериальные, микоплазменные;
вирусные конъюнктивиты, кератоконъюнктивиты, кератиты, кератоувеиты;
рак почки IV стадии, волосатоклеточный лейкоз, злокачественные лимфомы кожи, саркома Капоши, базально-клеточный и плоскоклеточный рак кожи, кератоактанома, хронический миелолейкоз, гистиоцитоз-Х, сублейкемический миелоз, эссенциальная тромбоцитопения; рассеянный склероз.
